Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater shipwreck located at 51 11.384 N, 1 27.165 E in the English Channel near the Kent coast. This submerged obstruction, identified as the remains of a historic vessel, likely a wooden drifter, consists of a steel boiler, sections of a wooden keel, and a mast-like structure. The wreckage measures approximately 8.58 meters in length, 3.44 meters in width, and stands 2.56 meters high. The wreck lies on its side at a least depth of 19.19 meters within a general seabed depth of 20.65 meters. Surveys conducted in 2019 confirm a seabed scour measuring 4.23 meters by 2.3 meters. This site is documented for maritime navigation as a confirmed underwater wreck.
