Sunk on February 25, 1981, after striking the rock of a breakwater in a dense fog, the wreck rests in 14 to 15 meters of water and is actively breaking up. Historical hydrographic survey data indicates the site has been re-assessed and confirmed for navigational and charting purposes near the Leixoes Harbor entrance.
