Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater obstruction located at 51 12.345 N, 1 27.683 E in the English Channel near Dover. This survey detail identifies a lost 6 tonne anchor and 10 shackles resting on the seabed. An examination conducted in February 2019 confirmed the obstruction is lying flat on the seafloor with a least multibeam depth of 15.73 metres in an area with a general surrounding depth of 18.18 metres. The obstruction measures 4.59 metres in length, 3.03 metres in width, and 2.62 metres in height, with an orientation of 039 degrees. The anchor is situated 45 metres northeast at a bearing of 52 degrees from a larger nearby underwater object.
