Underwater Wreck and Obstruction Near Muglins Island Ireland Coordinates 53 16.5 N 6 4.56 W Located off the south tip of Muglins Island in depths of 4 to 10 meters this historic wreck features scattered structural remains including an anchor and cable visible at 5 meters part of a winch and a cargo of 50 or more short cement columns originally contained in wooden barrels Well broken and scattered over a large area posing no hazard to navigation

HH100/351/04 18.4.91 LOCATED 30.5.90 ON S TIP OF MUGLINS ISLAND IN GEN DEPTH 4-10MTRS. ANCHOR VISIBLE IN 5MTRS. CEMENT CARGO, 50 OR MORE SHORT CEMENT COLUMNS, HAD OBVIOUSLY BEEN PREVIOUSLY CONTAINED IN WOODEN BARRELS WHICH HAVE LONG SINCE ROTTED AWAY. SCATTERED OVER QUITE LARGE AREA. ANCHOR AND CABLE VISIBLE IN 5MTRS. ALSO PART OF WINCH. NO HAZARD. (I TUNSTEAD, 3.3.91). POSN 5316.50N, 0604.56W [WGD] FOR FILING ONLY.
