BUILT IN 1947 BY AKERS M/V A/S, OSLO. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY SHARJAH SHIPPING CO LTD. CAUGHT FIRE IN NO.2 HOLD, THEN REMAINED BEACHED FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AFTER BEING DECLARED A CONSTRUCTIVE TOTAL LOSS. CAPSIZED WHILE LYING AT ANCHOR UNDER ARREST IN A5 ANCHORAGE, BOMBAY HARBOUR, VESSEL WAS PARTLY SUBMERGED. REMOVED IN 1985. (MSD)
