BUILT IN 1912 BY THE LONDON & GLASGOW SB CO. TURBINE ENGINES OF 25000 SHP FOR 32 KNOTS. STRUCK A MINE WHICH HAD BEEN LAID BY THE GERMAN RAIDER METEOR. BROKE IN TWO AND SANK. 70 MEN LOST.
