Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater wreck site located at 58 10.561 N, 2 30.117 W in the North Sea off the coast of Scotland. This maritime obstruction, charted as a wreck, was examined on July 3, 2012. The wreck lies at a least multi-beam depth of 49.17 meters within a general seabed depth of 53 meters. Structural assessment confirms the vessel is 22.7 meters long, 6.8 meters wide, and 3.8 meters high. The wreck is oriented along a 150/330 degree axis and remains in an upright position. The structure is partly intact from midships to the bow, with the forward section collapsed and oriented toward the northwest. No scour was observed around the site. This obstruction is officially charted as a 49-meter wreck.
