The shipwreck of the Willem Albertus is located at coordinates 51 16.4 N, 4 18.5 E in the waters near Kallo, Belgium, approximately 200 meters off the Bayer Plant and buoy 94. Originally sinking on October 29, 1978, the obstruction was initially marked by a wreck buoy near 511624N 041830E before the wreck was successfully salvaged and the marker buoy withdrawn on January 29, 1979.
