BUILT IN 1904 BY AILSA SB CO., LTD., TROON, WAS CAPTURED BY GERMAN SUBMARINE U-24 AND SCUTTLED WHILST ON PASSAGE FROM CLYDE TO ST MALO. (SHIPWRECK INDEX OF THE BRITISH ISLES). SUNK BY GERMAN SUBMARINE U-24 SOME 30 MILES SOUTH EASTWARD OF THE LIZARD. (NAVAL STAFF MONOGRAPHS VOL 13).
