THOUGHT THE ENGINE FAILED, THE CARGO SHIFTED AND THE VESSEL FOUNDERED IN HEAVY WEATHER OFF MAUGHOLD HD, I.OF MAN, WHILE EN-ROUTE BELFAST TO MANCHESTER. . OF CREW OF EIGHT, THREE BODIES RECOVERED.
