Underwater Wreck Survey Details: Located off the southern coast of England in the English Channel at coordinates 50 20.228 N, 2 12.23 W, this historic shipwreck site features the remains of a large wooden sailing vessel dating approximately between 1870 and 1900. Survey records describe the structure as well broken up and collapsed on the seabed at a general depth of 53 meters, with a least echo sounder depth of 48.9 meters. The debris field includes a length of 80 meters, a width of 30 meters, a height of 4 meters, and a 0.5-meter scour. Associated cargo identified on the seabed includes heavy wire cable in coils, bricks, and numerous historical bottles, alongside a magnetometer reading indicating 60 tons of ferrous content.
