This site features a foul area with a 1000-meter radius centered on position 55 52.57 N, 05 22.36 W, designated as a disused platform construction area associated with the Portavadie rig construction site. The obstruction includes multiple massive concrete anchors and associated chain cables resting on the seabed. Structural descriptions include a North Anchor located at 55 53.275 N, 05 22.484 W, standing 3 meters above the seabed with dimensions of 14.85 x 14.85 x 5.5 meters, weighing 213 tons in air and 126 tons in water, with attached chain cables measuring 800 meters and 350 meters. A West Anchor is located at 55 52.368 N, 05 23.246 W, standing 3.2 meters above the seabed with dimensions of 11.65 x 11.65 x 4.3 meters, weighing 154 tons in air and 91 tons in water, featuring a 510-meter chain cable. An East Anchor is located at 55 52.539 N, 05 21.381 W, standing 4.8 meters above the seabed with dimensions of 14 x 14 x 7.3 meters, weighing 120 tons in air and 72 tons in water, with an 800-meter chain cable attached. Additionally, a southern anchor measuring 8.37 x 8.37 x 3.1 meters, weighing 68 tons in air and 41 tons in water with 675 meters of chain cable, is completely buried beneath the seabed. There are no plans to remove these anchors and cables.
