HH260/400/07 19.11.03 FRIGG TO ST FERGUS PIPE IN THIS POSN CONFIRMED FROM RECENT SURVEY TO BE FULLY BURIED. DCS3 SHOWED METALLIC DEBRIS ON THE SEABED. THIS IS UNLIKELY TO BE CONNECTED TO THE PIPELINE INSTALLATION AND MAY HAVE BEEN DRAGGED INTO THE AREA. (P DYSON, TOTAL, EMAIL DTD 17.11.03). INS AS FOUL. BR STD.
