ITEM RECOVERED TO SURFACE AND FOUND TO BE A 'CREEPER', PROBABLY DROPPED BY AN ANCHOR HANDLING VESSEL. DIMENSIONS 2MTRS BY 1.5MTRS, WEIGHT 1500KG. (J WATT, SCOTTISH FISHERMEN'S FEDERATION, EMAIL DTD 21.8.13). APPARENTLY A MOORING ANCHOR. INS AS FOUL.
