Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater wreck survey report for a submerged hulk located off the coast of Sierra Leone near Freetown. The wreck is situated at coordinates 8 28.953 N, 13 11.675 W. This underwater obstruction is identified as a steel hulk lying on the eastern side of a T-shaped cold store jetty with its bows facing east. Originally recorded as HMS Beagle, the site was updated in 2019 following a photo-plot analysis which confirmed the current revised position of the submerged wreck.
