Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater Wreck Survey Report for obstruction at coordinates 8 29.019 N, 13 11.980 W located off the coast of Sierra Leone near Freetown. Historically recorded as an old tugboat wreck originally oriented with bows facing East, as noted by HMS Beagle survey HI 956. Recent hydrographic analysis conducted on August 1, 2019, via UKHO photo-plot 10002 confirmed that the wreck is no longer present at this location. Consequently, the obstruction has been officially amended to dead status and removed from nautical charts for these specific coordinates.
