Underwater obstruction survey report for coordinates 54 36.709 N, 0 39.235 W located off the coast of Whitby. Historical data indicates a foul area reported by Decca navigation in 1987. Subsequent hydrographic surveys conducted in 1989 and 2016 by land and marine teams failed to locate any specific wreckage or structural debris at this position.
