Simplified Wreck Survey

The shipwreck of the John Taylor is located at coordinates 50 30.033 N, 5 1.813 W off the southwest coast of the United Kingdom. Originally reported in March 1967 based on accounts from the BSAC and Underwater World Magazine, the wreckage of this vessel was documented in three distinct sections measuring between 30 and 50 feet in length. Later hydrographic surveys conducted in November 2011 by Fugro OSAE confirmed that the site now plots inland and is situated outside of any navigable area, requiring no current charting action.
