Simplified Wreck Survey
The shipwreck of the Fred Everard is located off the coast of Ravenscar near Blea Wyke in the North Sea at coordinates 54 24.179 N, 0 28.873 W. Originally grounded in June 1966 with its back broken in shallow water near the cliffs, the site has been thoroughly surveyed over the decades, most recently by multibeam sonar in 2017. The remains of the 86-meter-long and 11-meter-wide vessel lie entirely broken up amongst rocks in a general depth of 5 meters, featuring a least depth over the wreck of 0.19 meters with a height of 4.6 meters and an orientation of 120/300 degrees.
