Simplified Wreck Survey

The shipwreck Family's Pride is an underwater obstruction located off the coast of Peterhead in the North Sea at coordinates 57 29.987 N, 1 8.107 W. Originally recorded in 1917 and historically charted as a dangerous wreck whose exact position was doubtful, the site was officially searched using modern multibeam sonar in September 2010. Because the wreck was not located during these surveys, it has since been deleted from official hydrographic charts.
