EX-ELBORG '96, EX-ARTEMIS '94, EX-ELSBORG '88, EX-CAREBEKA IX '77. BUILT IN 1977 BY BIJLSMA LEMMER SCHEEPSWERF, LEMMER, THE NETHERLANDS. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY TORBULK, GRIMSBY. PASSAGE RAYES JETTY, N WALES FOR COWES. SUFFERED ENGINE FAILURE IN SW 30 KNOT WINDS WITH 5-7MTR SWELL. TOOK WATER THROUGH SPLIT IN SHELL PLATING. LATER SANK. THREE MEN RECOVERED, ONE DEAD, FIVE LOST.
