AFTER HAVING A COLLISION WITH A BARQUE WAS LATER TAKEN IN TOW BY THE TUG GRAPPLER. WHILST EN-ROUTE TO QUEENS DOCK, BOTH VESSELS SANK ABOUT 500 YDS FROM QUEENS DOCK ENTRANCE.
