Simplified Wreck Survey

The underwater wreck of the Sierra Grande is located at coordinates 51 23.8 N, 4 12.4 E in the Western Scheldt channel between Conl buoy 39 and Can buoy 44, above Bath in Dutch waters. Recent hydrographic survey updates confirm that operations to destroy the wreck are proceeding, leaving a clearance of 10 meters of water over the forepart of the obstruction.
