Simplified Wreck Survey

The shipwreck AYDIN is located at coordinates 51 23.733 N, 4 12.587 E in the southern North Sea off the Dutch coast. Originally reported as a dangerous wreck in April 1958, the site was marked by a green conical light buoy flashing every 10 seconds. Salvage operations took place in the early 1960s, and the wreck status was subsequently amended and later deleted from official charts after being classified as dead.
