CARGO STEEL. RESCUE DELAYED AS DATA IN GMDSS SYSTEMS REFERRED TO THREE YEARS PREVIOUSLY WHEN VESSEL WAS REGISTERED UNDER THE COLUMBINA FLAG WITH A DIFFERENT NAME.
