PASSAGE DEVONPORT FOR CARDIFF UNDER TOW OF M TUG CASWELL. TOW PARTEED IN NNE FORCE 8 AND VESSEL WENT BEAM ON ONTO ROCKS AT LONGPEAK. CREW OF 7 RECOVERED FROM STRANDED VESSEL BY HARTLAND LSA COMPANY. LATER BROKE UP. (LL & SIBI).
