20.1.1980 CAUGHT FIRE IN KANDLA PORT & ORDERED TO LEAVE. VESSEL WAS REFLOATED & ANCHORED IN GULF OF KUTCH BETWEEN KANDLA & BEDI ON 20.1.1980. REPAIRED & ARRIVED KARACHI 28.4.80, WHERE VESSEL WAS SOLD FOR BREAKING, BUT BROKE IN TWO & SANK ON 27.6.80. (LLOYDS VOLS. 238-241).
