Simplified Wreck Survey

The underwater wreck known as PLUTus is located at coordinates 50 41.432 N, 5 7.263 W off the UK coast. Historical hydrographic survey records from the UK Hydrographic Office note that this site was initially reported as a fisherman's fastener and possible wreck between 1969 and 1979 based on Decca navigation. It was previously charted in 1978 with an underwater depth of 35 meters. However, a subsequent official survey conducted in November 2001 officially disproved and not located the wreck, leading to its status being amended to dead on standard navigational charts.
