RUSSIAN-BUILT VESSEL BUILT 1973, CAPSIZED & SANK IN HEAVY WEATHER INSIDE RAS MUJAMILA BAY WHILST UNDER TOW OF YEMENI TUG 'ALKATHEEB'. WAS ON PASSAGE FOR DJIBOUTI FOR REPAIR. (LL).
