The shipwreck PALKI is an underwater obstruction located off the coast of India in the Arabian Sea at coordinates 12 54.87 N, 74 47.183 E. Originally reported as a sailing vessel that sank on April 1, 1980, the wreck was initially a hazard to navigation with its masts visible in 9 meters of water. Subsequent hydrographic surveys on May 22, 1980, located the dangerous masts approximately 261 degrees and 14.7 cables from a conspicuous water tower. By September 10, 1990, further updates noted that the masts were no longer visible above the surface, leading to their removal from official navigation charts.
