Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater obstruction and marine hazard information located in the Tyrrhenian Sea off the coast of Italy. A historical area of obstructions and marine farm limits was previously recorded at coordinates 40 32.925 N, 14 51.472 E. Historical surveying data identified this site as a complex of yellow can buoys with X topmarks and flashing yellow lights, spanning positions 40 32.60N, 14 51.07E to 40 33.38N, 14 51.26E. While official records indicate this obstruction area was deleted in November 2015 per Italian Notice to Mariners, these coordinates remain significant for navigational records and marine charting near the Italian coast. Mariners should be aware of historical underwater survey data for this region of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
