Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater obstruction and seabed feature located at coordinates 51 38.943 N, 5 33.629 W. Initially reported as a probable wreck in 1978 and later searched in 1980 where it was categorized as non-existent due to numerous boulders with sand ribbons mimicking a wreck. Modern high-resolution bathymetric survey data from December 2011 successfully located the seabed feature at the specified coordinates with a least multibeam depth of 62.01 meters in a general depth of 63.3 meters. The obstruction has a length of 4.8 meters, a width of 4.7 meters, a height of 1.29 meters, and is oriented on a 138/318 degree heading within a 0.3-meter deep scour hole, ultimately classified as a boulder and charted as foul ground.
