Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater wreck located at coordinates 36 7.728 N, 5 22.835 W near the Strait of Gibraltar. Originally surveyed by the UK Hydrographic Office, the site features a reported least echo sounder depth of 85 meters in a general seabed depth of 87 to 90 meters, consisting of sand, gravel, and scattered cobbles at the top edge of a steep bank. Historical surveys from vessels including HMS Hecla, HMS Hecate, and HMS Roebuck detailed structural dimensions and acoustic contacts, though subsequent multibeam surveys noted it was not relocated.
