Underwater Wreck at Latitude 49 33.222 N Longitude 5 42.224 W English Channel Southwest Approaches This large broken-up and partly buried underwater wreck lies oriented on a 175/355 degree heading with high points at each end measuring 76 meters in length and 21 meters in beam. Comprehensive hydrographic surveys conducted by HMS Bulldog confirm a least echo sounder depth of 91 meters in a general surrounding depth of 96 meters with no scour present. The site features a vertical height of 4.9 meters and a shadow height of 7.0 meters. Officially charted and indexed as a dangerous underwater obstruction and shipwreck at 49 33.222 N 5 42.224 W utilizing precise GPS positioning.
