EX-HOLSTEIN. BUILT OF WOOD IN 1970 IN GERMANY. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY MANCO LTD, RAMSAY, IOM. OIL ENGINE, SINGLE SHAFT. PASSAGE YARMOUTH FOR RAMSAY. REPORTED TAKING WATER AND LATER SANK. MASTER WAS ACCUSED OF DELIBERATELY SINKING VESSEL BY DAMAGING, OR DISCONNECTING, PIPES IN THE ENGINE ROOM, CAUSING IT TO FLOOD. OFFICIAL JUDGEMENT WAS IS THAT VESSEL WAS SCUTTLED.
