The wreck of the vessel MARIETTA is located at coordinates 35 50 N, 11 5 E in the Mediterranean Sea. Historical hydrographic survey records indicate the site was initially reported in 1919 and subsequently categorized as a position approximate (PA) danger to navigation. Following a review of maritime charts in 1952, the obstruction was officially classified as dead or non-existent and removed from official records. There is no evidence of a visible or submerged wreck at this location, and the site is no longer charted as a hazard.
