BUILT IN 1905 BY HOWALDTSWERKE, KEIL. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY JEROMAR CO LTD. PASSAGE FOR TRIPOLI, WAS ABANDONED FOLLOWING A SERIOUS FIRE. SUBSEQUENTLY TOWED INTO TRIPOLI PORT & DECLARED CTL. IN MAY 1978 BROKE ADRIFT & GROUNDED IN THE HARBOUR, BEING EVENTUALLY BROKEN UP INTO SECTIONS & DUMPED AT SEA IN FEBRUARY 1980. (MSD).
