HAVING ARRIVED OFF MALAGA UNDER TOW OF TUG 'GROENLAND' WITH 45DEG LIST, FOLLOWING BAD WEATHER OFF ALGERIAN COAST. LOCAL AUTHORITIES WOULD NOT ALLOW VESSEL TO BE BEACHED. VESSEL LATER SANK IN 160MTRS. (MSD & LLOYDS VOL.243).
