Simplified Wreck Survey

HMS Sevra shipwreck details and history from the UK Hydrographic Office. Wreck location at coordinates 50 8.219 N, 5 1.246 W off the coast of Falmouth. Historical survey records show the wreck was dispersed to the seabed in May 1950. Subsequent hydrographic surveys by HM Survey Ship Scott in 1951 and 1952 recorded least depths and sweeps, noting the wreck was eventually reported as not located and amended to dead. Modern multibeam surveys in 2013 also failed to locate the obstruction.
