Underwater wreck GUYTIDE located at 5 57.49 N, 57 3.76 W near Skeldon Guyana in the Corentyn River. This shipwreck is identified as a capsized steel vessel. Originally reported as a salvage operation off the coast of Skeldon, the wreck is now considered a permanent obstruction. The steel structure is partially submerged and remains a navigational hazard near the Corentyn River entrance and Bluff Point. Historical survey data indicates the wreck is located approximately half a mile from shore.
