Previously identified as an underwater obstruction with a depth of 3.5 meters, the wreck was officially confirmed as removed in August 2004 by the Commissioners of Irish Lights. This site, once marked by an East Cardinal light buoy, is no longer considered a navigational hazard for vessels in these waters.
