Simplified Wreck Survey

Shipwreck details for the George Crabbe located at coordinates 53 2.69 N, 1 44.888 E off the coast of Haisborough in the North Sea. Historical hydrographic survey records note the sinking position approximately 6 to 8 miles east-northeast of the Haisborough Light Vessel. Initially recorded on a Danish fishing chart in 1965, subsequent hydrographic searches by Land & Marine in January 1992 resulted in the wreck not being found, and the status was amended to dead with no charting action required.
