WAS SHOOTING LAST STRING OF POTS FOR THE DAY WHEN STRUCK BY M BULK CARRIER ALAM PINTAR (BUILT 2005, 229MTRS X 36.5MTRS X 14.14MTRS, 46982 GT), PASSAGE QUEBEC FOR HAMBURG FULLY LOADED. ETOILE ISSUED DISTRESS CALL AND SANK. 3 MEN RECOVERED, 1 LOST. ALAM PINTAR SUFFERED MINOR, COSMETIC DAMAGE AND CONTINUED ON PASSAGE DESPITE RECEIVING DISTRESS MESSAGES AND LATER ATTEMPTED TO ALTER OFFICIAL RECORDS. (MAIB).
