DEVELOPED TWO CRACKS IN HULL DUE TO HEAVY WEATHER WHILE ON PASSAGE FROM VANCOUVER AND TOOK IN WATER IN NO 2 HOLD. CARGO OF POTASH CLOGGED PUMPS. ALTERED COURSE FOR HONOLULU BUT EVENTUALLY WAS ABANDONED BY CREW AND SANK.
