Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater obstruction located at 53 20.711 N, 6 7.034 W in Dublin Bay, Ireland. This site was historically identified as a hazard following the loss of shipping containers from the MV Kilkenny. While a navigation buoy was previously established to mark the debris, official surveys conducted by the GSI Dublin Bay Survey in 2011 confirmed that the obstruction could not be located, and the site was subsequently deleted from navigation charts.
