Simplified Wreck Survey

The historic shipwreck Columbine is located off the coast near Peterhead in Scotland at coordinates 57 30.369 N, 1 46.269 W. Historical records indicate the vessel ran ashore at North Head and began breaking up in 1958, leading to initial surveys by HMS Scott. Due to the very rocky and ragged seabed conditions around North Head, detailed examination was difficult, though the remains were subsequently charted and later adjusted during harbor surveys. The wreck was officially noted as removed during new developments to Peterhead Harbour and deleted from navigational charts following lifting operations.
