Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater Wreck Details: Located at coordinates 51 33.532 N, 3 58.108 W, approximately half a mile south of Mumbles Lighthouse in the coastal waters of Swansea, Wales, this site features the remains of an open boat that sank after taking on water. Last examined in August 2017, the structural description includes a wreck separated into two small sections covered by sandwaves, measuring 4.7 meters in length, 2.6 meters in width, and 0.7 meters in height, with an orientation of 050/230 degrees. The least multibeam depth over the wreck is 18.26 meters within a general surrounding water depth of 19 meters, accompanied by a scour measuring 20 meters long and 1.4 meters deep towards 210 degrees.
