RAN AGROUND OFF RAS EL KORAN, ABOUT 19M FROM BIZERTE. FIRE SUBSEQUENTLY BROKE OUT IN ENGINE-ROOM CAUSING EXTENSIVE DAMAGE. VESSEL DECLARED CONSTRUCTIVE TOTAL LOSS. (MSD).
