Historical hydrographic survey data from the UK Hydrographic Office details a former underwater obstruction located near Buenos Aires at coordinates 34 37.317 S, 58 18.067 W. Originally marked by an unlit conical buoy as recorded in July 1972, official notices confirm that the obstruction was completely removed and the marking buoy was withdrawn in December 1973.
