The underwater wreck BAYSOTO is located in the North Sea off the east coast of Scotland, near Aberdeen, at coordinates 56 56.044 N, 1 4.155 W. Confirmed as a World War I loss, the intact wreck of the BAYSOTO lies upright on the seabed in a general depth of 68.5 meters, with a least multibeam echo sounder depth of 62.52 meters, charted as a 62-meter dive wreck. Oriented on a 120/300 degree heading with its bows facing northwest, the vessel measures approximately 100 meters in length, 20 meters in width, and stands 6 meters high, featuring a strong magnetic anomaly and surrounding seabed scour extending 4.2 meters deep.
